1.What is your MOQ ? Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Hope you can place large orders after checking our quality and know our service. 2.Can l get samples? Sure.We usually provide existing sample for free.But a little sample charge for custom designs. sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity .We usually send samples by FEDEX.UPS.TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account , if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach. 3.How long is lead time of sample? For existing samples,it takes 2-3 days. They are free. if you want your own designs, it takes 7-15 days to make new design. Anyway we will response quickly according to your request. 4.How long is the production time? It depends on product and order qty, Usually It takes 15-30 days for MOQ.We have large production capacity which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity. 5. Can the logo or company name be printed on the products or package? Sure.Your logo or company name can be printed on products or package by printing or sticker. logo printing can be heat transfer printing, silk screen printing, air transfer printing, water transfer, laser engraving, embossed, electrical corrosion etc. 6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? We have our own designer in company. So you can provide JPG,Al,cdr or PDF etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation. OEM IS WELCOME. 7.How many colors are available? We match colors with Pantone System. So you just tell us the Pantone code you need. We will match the colors Or recommend some popular colors to you. 8.What is your payment term? Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order confirmed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
